Eight pledged delegates and one alternate for the Democratic National Convention will be selected through the Democratic Party of the 2nd Congressional District caucus. Delegates to the national convention will be selected in caucuses by presidential candidate (Obama and Clinton), composed of caucus attendees that have previously been selected as delegates to the 2nd CD caucus through county caucuses. To participate in the CD-level caucus, one must be a delegate selected from a previous county caucus. All caucus rules that apply to the county caucus apply to the 2nd CD caucus.
